During the multiply bid processes we went through, she had paperwork ready to sign and submit right away. But more than her great professionalism and efficiency, was the genuine feeling that she understood and absolutely cared about us and our situation. To feel like you have a real person, who cares, at your back is truly the best thing we could ask for. We now have our first home and we could not have done it without her!
